Bob and Carole Leadbeater, proprietors of PM Solutions, have been living and working in the Los Gigantes area for nearly 30 years.

Their children were the first foreign students to attend the local state school and are both still living and working in the South of Tenerife.

Bob and Carole have been involved int the construction and property bsiness for the last 27 years and this has given them a wealth of experience in this sector.

Rob Jnr, who is completely bi-lingual will take care of all aspects of your property transactions and all dealings with the Spanish authorities, licencing, permissions, Social Security and Taxes.
